Nicole Z. Davidson
Ms. Davidson’s practice focuses on complex commercial and business litigation, including securities litigation, employment-related disputes, and intellectual property litigation. Ms. Davidson has experience litigating cases in various state and federal courts, as well as regulatory and arbitration forums, and defending against class action lawsuits. She also advises clients in connection with compliance with state and federal employment laws, intellectual property protection, and other risk management issues facing businesses of all types.
Prior to joining Lombardi & Donohue, Ms. Davidson practiced at a national law firm, where she focused on complex commercial litigation within the financial services industry, representing clients in various complex civil actions and arbitration proceedings.
Ms. Davidson enjoys pro-bono legal work, and received the Sanctuary for Families Award for Excellence in Pro Bono Advocacy for 2011 in recognition of her successful representation of a client who suffered severe physical abuse by her husband.
Ms. Davidson received her J.D. from Emory University School of Law, and her B.A. from Amherst College. She also holds an LL.M. in Entertainment and Media Law from Chapman University, Dale E. Fowler School of Law.
Ms. Davidson is a member of Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles and is licensed to practice law in a California and New York.
